Supporting RightNow
A few people have asked how they can support RightNow’s development, which is a lovely question to be asked, so here’s the honest answer.
Building an indie app around a full-time job is a labour of love, but it comes with real costs: hosting, app store fees, AI subscriptions for development, and most of all, time. Support of any kind helps me:
- Keep RightNow’s core features free
- Get the Android and iOS releases over the line
- Spend more focused time on the project
The simplest way
If RightNow helps you and you fancy buying me a coffee, I have a Ko-fi page at ko-fi.com/aeropher. One-off, no tiers, no obligations. I’ve done the same for people whose work helped me, and it does keep a solo developer going.
Ways to help that cost nothing
Honestly, these matter just as much:
- Try RightNow and send feedback from inside the app
- Tell a friend who’s drowning in their to-do list
- Follow along here on the blog
I’ve thought about a proper membership thing (Patreon or similar) and I might do it one day if there’s appetite. For now, Ko-fi and kind words cover it.
No VC funding, no growth-at-all-costs mentality. Just sustainable development of a tool that helps people work better, one evening at a time.
